Living Arrangements: If you live in an apartment, condo, or are renting, please confirm that dogs are allowed by your landlord before completing our puppy application.

Family Agreement: Ensure that everyone in your household is on board with bringing a new puppy home. Deposits are non-refundable.

Application Required: All interested parties must complete a puppy application for approval before placing a deposit. We want the best homes for each puppy we place.

Health & Spay/Neuter Agreements: Health guarantees and spay/neuter agreements must be completed and signed during the purchase process. This usually occurs when you select your puppy by 4 weeks old.

Deposits

Puppies under 7 weeks: A $300 deposit is required to join our waitlist and reserve your chosen puppy.
Puppies over 7 weeks: Full payment is required at the time of reservation/contract signing.

Payment & Pick-up:

Puppies must be paid in full before going home and by 6 weeks of age at the latest.
Puppies are typically ready for pick-up by 8 weeks.
Puppies staying beyond their designated pick-up day (8 weeks old) will incur a $30/day boarding fee-no exceptions. This fee must be paid on the agreed pick-up day.

Availability & Guarantees

A puppy is not guaranteed without a deposit.
Puppies are offered by waitlist order first, then public availability.
Any puppy left unpaid for after a deposit is made, and past 6 weeks of age, will be sold to the next person on the waitlist.

Please note that deposits are non-refundable and may be

transferred to the next available litter in the event that a suitable puppy is not available, or if an insufficient number of puppies are born to fulfill current reservations.

Choosing your puppy!

Video/Facetime Appointments: Optional video or FaceTime appointments begin when puppies reach 3 weeks of age. During this time, you can meet the puppies and their parents, & choose which puppy you would like to bring home. This method helps protect our puppies from potential viruses that could be brought into the home, whether from shoes, other animals, or visitors.

Families must choose their puppy by week 3: Many families are eagerly waiting for their turn to pick, and early selections help us plan placements, arrange proper contracts for each puppy, and ensure a smooth process. You can pick out your puppy anywhere from birth to 4 weeks old.

Health & Safety: Until puppies are vaccinated at 8 weeks, only video calls will be allowed. This helps prevent potential theft and ensures the safety of all dogs in our program & home. No exceptions.

Puppy Identification: Once you select your puppy, a coloured ID band may be placed on them (if needed), which will correspond with the colour listed on your agreements. This helps us keep track of each puppy accurately.

Parent visits: Both the mother and father will be on-site when you pick up your puppy! Please request if you would like to meet them!
