Please Read Before Purchasing a Puppy!

• Living Arrangements: If you live in an apartment, condo, or are renting, please confirm that dogs are allowed by your landlord before completing our puppy application.

• Family Agreement: Ensure that everyone in your household is on board with bringing a new puppy home. Deposits are non-refundable.

• Application Required: All interested parties must complete a puppy application for approval before placing a deposit. We want the best homes for each puppy we place.

• Health & Spay/Neuter Agreements: Health guarantees and spay/neuter agreements must be completed and signed during the purchase process. This usually occurs when you select your puppy.

• Deposits

1. Puppies under 6 weeks: A $300 deposit is required to join our waitlist and reserve your chosen puppy.
2. Puppies over 7 weeks: Full payment is required at the time of reservation/contract signing.

• Payment & Pick-up:

1. Puppies must be paid in full before going home and by 6 weeks of age at the latest.
2. Puppies are typically ready for pick-up by 8 weeks.
3. Puppies staying beyond their designated pick-up day (8 weeks old) will incur a $30/day boarding fee-no exceptions. This fee must be paid on the agreed pick-up day.

• Availability & Guarantees

1. A puppy is not guaranteed without a deposit.
2. Puppies are offered by waitlist order first, then public availability.
3. Any puppy left unpaid for after a deposit is made, and past 6 weeks of age, will be sold to the next person on the waitlist. No exceptions.

Please note that deposits are non-refundable and may be

 transferred to the next available litter in the event that a suitable puppy is not available, or if an insufficient number of puppies are born to fulfil current reservations.
